🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail (preferred).
• Proven lead or senior experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to drive results.
• Use KPIs and insights to support real-time decisions.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada; 18+; able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Part-time or full-time availability; evenings/weekends/holidays.
