📋 Description

• Create an inclusive, uplifting customer experience on floor and fitting rooms.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates in real time.
• Lead the floor with real-time KPIs to maximize sales.
• Listen to customers and guide to Knix products, including bra fittings.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and communicate expertise.
• Support staff training, visual merchandising, and operations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail (preferred)
• Proven experience in a lead or senior role
• Able to lead, coach, and motivate a team to drive results and customer experience
• Use KPIs and insights to make real-time decisions
• Resourceful and proactive; de-escalate conflicts
• Canada work authorization and 18+ years old
