• Create an inclusive, end-to-end customer experience on floor and fittings.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates; reinforce strong behaviors.
• Lead during peak periods using real-time KPIs to coach on the fly.
• Listen to customers; guide to Knix products, including bra fittings.
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment; share expertise with team.
• De-escalate challenging interactions calmly and constructively.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail (preferred)
• Proven experience in a lead or senior role
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to drive results and CX
• Use KPIs and sales insights for real-time decisions
• Resourceful; calmly resolve conflicts with team and customers
• Strong product knowledge, including bra fittings
