• Create inspiring, market-tailored collections for Equatorial markets, translating global fashion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Stockholm and regional markets to bring extended
• Co-create concept-led assortments balancing broad commercial offering with standout fashion
• Engage in international collaboration and travel, including global inspiration trips and hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• BA/MA in Fashion or Textile Design or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in a fashion design role within kids or baby assortment
• Experience within a global fashion brand (experience with equatorial markets is a plus)
• Strong background in kids design with attention to detail
• Sharp eye for emerging trends and translating them into product
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
