📋 Description

• Own technical wins: Lead fast, well-scoped proofs of concept from initial architecture discussions
• Lead technical conversations: Engage confidently with staff engineers, platform leaders, and
• Build rigorous evaluations: Design and execute comparisons against incumbent coding tools
• Manage enterprise technical gates: Lead security, data residency, deployment, and network
• Troubleshoot in real time: Diagnose and resolve integration, configuration, authentication, IDE
• Feed customer insights into the product: Capture recurring technical challenges, customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Field Engineer, or similar technical
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot) and the
• Working knowledge of model serving and integration, including OpenAI-compatible APIs, inference
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with confidence in working in terminals, customer
• Proven ability to convert technical evaluations into signed deals, including experiencing
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
