📋 Description

• Create complete kitchen and bathroom remodel designs using 2020 Design.
• Develop cabinet layouts, floor plans, elevations, renderings, docs.
• Review measurements and specs for accurate, buildable designs.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project updates.
• Coordinate design details: cabinets, countertops, fixtures, hardware.
• Track material orders from purchase to delivery; liaise with suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years expert-level experience using 2020 Design for kitchen/bath remodels
• Experience designing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT) for presentation renderings
• Strong knowledge of cabinets, layouts, countertops, fixtures, hardware
• Interpret measurements, floor plans, elevations, and project scopes
• Willing to work 50 hours/week; highly organized and proactive
