Kitchen (Edibles) Supervisor

📋 Description

• Work with Kitchen Manager to set weekly and monthly production schedules
• Lead and motivate the second shift team to meet production goals, maintain efficiency, and ensure
• Manage kitchen agents with daily production of cannabis-infused products using commercial machinery
• Personnel management to include hiring, discipline, training, etc.
• Provide end-of-shift reports to the Kitchen Manager/first shift supervisor, including updates on
• Understand and execute batch calculations per Cresco Edibles manufacturing formulas

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports and teams
• 2+ years' experience in food or confectionary processing/manufacturing preferred
• Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of SOPs, GFSI, GMP, GDP and other company policies
• Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task
