Wash kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery using dishwashers and sinks.
Keep kitchen areas clean per schedule and health/safety rules.
Assist chef brigade with general food prep and basic service when needed.
General cleaning of all kitchen areas to standard hygiene levels.
Return utensils after washing; sweep kitchen areas regularly.
Work on special functions outside normal hours when required.
