Kitchen Technician

📋 Description

• Prep, cook, and package cannabis-infused edible products
• Operate, clean, and care for kitchen equipment and work areas
• Follow recipes and procedures to complete production orders accurately
• Maintain records to track product quality and meet state regulations
• Follow GMP, HACCP and safety standards every day
• Work in a professional prep-kitchen environment with a collaborative team

🎯 Requirements

• You must be able to stand; 8-10 hour shifts
• Lift up to 50 pounds; bend, stoop, and move safely
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
• Restaurant/food service or kitchen experience preferred
• ServeSafe certification a plus
