Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing Manager – E-Commerce

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end email and SMS marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo, with a focus on
• Build, schedule, launch, test, and optimize promotional campaigns aligned with commercial
• Create, manage, and continuously improve automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned
• Develop meaningful audience segments based on customer behavior, purchase history, engagement
• Own and maintain campaign calendars to coordinate messaging around promotions, launches, seasonal
• Partner with creative and e-commerce teams to develop effective messaging, offers, campaign

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience using Klaviyo to manage email and SMS marketing programs, campaigns
• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing within e-commerce, DTC, consumer products, retail, or
• Demonstrated experience building sophisticated automated flows and customer journeys across
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, behavioral targeting, and
• Comfortable analyzing revenue, conversion, open rates, click-through rates, engagement, retention
• Experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to optimize campaigns, messaging
