📋 Description

• Managing multiple client projects and keeping campaign timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Briefing the design team and coordinating the production of email marketing assets.
• Writing persuasive, conversion-focused copy that engages audiences and supports sales objectives.
• Building, configuring, and managing email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups within Klaviyo.
• Supporting customer communication across additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings.
• Using modern AI tools and systems to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of intensive, hands-on experience working with Klaviyo.
• Proven experience independently building and managing campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups in
• Previous copywriting experience, with the ability to write persuasive content that drives
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage several projects
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to planning, execution, and problem-solving.
• Fluent German, both written and spoken, is essential.
