Knowledge Analyst – Data Curation & Classification

📋 Description

• Curate, classify, and structure knowledge assets from RFPs, proposals, project deliverables
• Tag and organize content within structured knowledge repositories
• Ensure proper metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are applied consistently
• Maintain repository hygiene, traceability, and version control over time
• Ensure data quality, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal governance standards
• Identify gaps, duplicates, outdated content, or inconsistencies across repositories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support
• Familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with tools like SharePoint
