📋 Description

• Curate, classify, and structure knowledge assets from RFPs and proposals, project deliverables
• Tag and organize content within structured knowledge repositories.
• Ensure proper metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are applied consistently.
• Maintain repository hygiene, traceability, and version control over time.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal governance
• Identify gaps, duplicates, outdated content, or inconsistencies across repositories.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support.
• Familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with tools like SharePoint.
