• Define and keep the content model for Docplanner product knowledge
• Set the quality standard for product knowledge with traceable references
• Work in GitHub to extract knowledge from code and turn it into clear output
• Improve generation of knowledge output to reduce manual confirmation
• Review and decide disposition of current internal knowledge base articles
• Lead team through knowledge base restructuring work

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, knowledge management
• GitHub: branches, pull requests, reading changes, navigating large codebases
• Experience designing content structures including markdown, YAML, or JSON formats
• Experience with documentation that lives in a repository
• Working understanding of AI assistants content usage concepts
• Ability to get experts to review facts efficiently
