📋 Description

• Define and keep the content model for Docplanner product knowledge
• Set the quality standard for product knowledge facts
• Choose one structure that works for both assistants, Kraken and Noa
• Work directly in GitHub to extract knowledge from the code
• Improve the way knowledge output is generated
• Review the current internal knowledge base and decide what happens to each part

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, knowledge management
• Real comfort with Git and GitHub: branches, pull requests, reading changes, navigating large
• Experience designing content structures with small self-contained pieces, labels, metadata
• Daily use of Markdown, YAML or JSON
• Experience with documentation that lives in a repository, versioned and built like code
• Working understanding of how AI assistants use content
