📋 Description

• Define and maintain the content model for product knowledge
• Set quality standards and ensure every fact carries a reference to its source
• Establish a unified knowledge structure for both AI assistants (Kraken and Noa)
• Work in GitHub to extract knowledge from the codebase and translate it into clear output
• Improve the generation of knowledge output to reduce manual confirmation
• Review the existing internal knowledge base and decide what to move, rewrite, replace, or archive

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, knowledge management
• Comfort with Git and GitHub, including branches, pull requests, and navigating large codebases
• Experience designing content structures using Markdown, YAML, or JSON
• Experience with documentation stored in repositories, versioned and reviewed
• Understanding of how AI assistants use content and how to test their answers
• Ability to get experts to review facts quickly
