• Support OKR drafting, circulation, and alignment across teams.
• Coordinate cross-team workstreams and record decisions.

• Proven experience owning operational or process documentation in a fast-moving environment.
• Sharp editorial judgement: turn evolving reality into clear content.
• Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change; keep knowledge current.
• Coordination instincts and cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
• Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in a technical/operations-heavy or New Space / SaaS scale-up environment.
