📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Knowledge and Localization Team to provide multi-lingual content for our
• Create how-to video tutorials in multiple languages.
• Conduct quality-assurance reviews of product translations.
• Acquire multi-lingual product screenshots for help documentation and release notes.
• Address client needs for multi-lingual content.
• Collaborate to produce and distribute multi-lingual content.

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive and independent work ethic in a demanding environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in at least one language other than English (preferably Canadian French, Mexican Spanish
• Capability to independently complete all deliverables related to customer and D2L needs in a timely
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Familiarity and interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.).
