📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard crypto thought leaders across X, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
• Negotiate and structure sponsorships, affiliates, and AMAs; align KOL fees with budgets.
• Build long-term relationships with top Web3 influencers to boost brand reach.
• Design and execute KOL marketing initiatives to drive user growth and trading volume.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate KOL activities with product launches and events.
• Monitor KPIs (ROI, engagement) and deliver data-backed reports on outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in BD, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, KOL Management, or Growth Marketing.
• 2+ years in Web3/crypto/fintech/digital platforms preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience in KOL Management or Partnerships; Crypto/Web3 preferred.
• Native or fluent English; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong data literacy with analytics and experience in KOL payout models.
