Kubernetes & Bare Metal Engineer, ISS

📋 Description

• Design and implement bare-metal Kubernetes platforms
• Own cluster lifecycle, networking, storage, and multi-tenancy
• Operate large-scale Kubernetes clusters across data centers
• Build GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Lead incident response and postmortems

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering
• 3+ years running Kubernetes in production on bare metal
• Strong Linux sysadmin, networking, and security hardening
• Deep Kubernetes internals: API server, etcd, controllers
• Kubernetes networking with CNI (Cilium), Ingress, load balancers
• IaC/automation: Ansible, Terraform
• Observability stacks: Prometheus, Elastic/ELK, Grafana
