KYC/B Onboarding Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and process KYC/KYB applications across NAM/EMEA/LATAM for regional compliance
• Prioritize HubSpot ticket queue; update pipeline stages and escalate blockers
• Automate flows with Claude and internal tools to reduce manual work
• Identify bottlenecks; redesign workflows while preserving controls and audit trails
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Account Management on escalated cases
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails per internal policies

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese; English required
• 1-2 years in KYC/KYB, compliance, onboarding, or related field
• Fintech/banking experience desirable
• Familiarity with AML/CFT concepts or sanctions screening a plus
• Comfort with multiple platforms and AI tools like Claude
• Clear written communication for client-facing and internal docs
