KYC/B Onboarding Analyst

📋 Description

• Review KYC/KYB apps across NAM/EMEA/LATAM for regional compliance.
• Manage and prioritize HubSpot tickets; keep pipeline up to date; escalate blockers.
• Automate flows with Claude and internal tools to reduce manual work.
• Improve processes by spotting bottlenecks and redesign workflows with controls.
• Coordinate across launches, compliance requests, and pipelines; reprioritize as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments; identify red flags; apply appropriate due diligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese; English required.
• 1-2 years in KYC/KYB, compliance, onboarding, or related field.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT concepts, corporate structures, or sanctions screening is a plus.
• Comfortable using Claude and internal tools; quick to learn new tech.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous documentation.
• Self-motivated; able to manage workload with minimal supervision.
