KYC Product Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with compliance teams globally to design and optimize KYC workflows balancing regulations and UX.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Risk, and Compliance to prioritize and implement KYC improvements.
• Create and maintain PRDs to ensure clarity, execution, and timely delivery.
• Analyze key metrics (verification success, drop-offs) and use data-driven insights to improve KYC UX and conversions.
• Analyze user behavior and refine workflows to optimize KYC, improve UX, and efficiency in target markets.
• Ensure clear internal alignment on KYC requirements and communicate features to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years PM experience, preferably in tech/fintech/finance/blockchain.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Product lifecycle management experience in Agile.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
