• Lead travel groups (4-12) on 2-3 week Japan tours as host and company rep.
• Provide clear information about visited places and show enthusiasm for Japan.
• Be the first personal contact for customers if problems arise during the trip.
• Ensure safety of travelers and run smooth tours.
• Monitor partner services for quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Share a great experience with guests from German-speaking countries.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion to show authentic culture and people of Japan.
• Advanced knowledge of the German language for client communication.
• Very good knowledge of Japanese language to support tour organization.
• You have a valid working visa for Japan.
• Extensive knowledge of Japan's history, traditions, daily life, and current affairs.
• Good English language communication skills (preferred, not required).
