[L&C] Senior Regulatory Governance and Remediations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support management and execution of global regulatory remediation projects
• Maintain the remediation governance framework, including tracking and reporting cadence
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable remediation plans with ownership
• Lead engagements with regulators and defend the company’s interests
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to progress remediation workstreams
• Monitor regulatory changes and flag impact on operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, or related field
• 2-5 years in regulatory compliance/governance/remediation or PM in financial services/fintech/crypto
• Experience coordinating remediation programmes or regulatory change initiatives
• Able to assess and manage M&A matters from a regulatory perspective
• Foundational understanding of global regulatory frameworks for VASPs, payments, and financial institutions
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to track multiple workstreams
