L&D product manager

📋 Description

• Lead our Learning&Development stream as Product Manager.
• Build and scale mentoring program for field teams.
• Develop the learning block inside the Agent App for mobile training.
• Create AI-powered learning tools (AI Trainer, AI Examiner, coaching assistants).
• Spend time in the field observing mentoring and gaps.
• Translate insights into a prioritized backlog to accelerate agent performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and launching digital products end-to-end.
• Background in edtech, L&D tools, mobile apps, or fintech is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking with solid execution from research to ship.
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineers, design, and leaders.
• Hands-on and field-oriented; learn directly from agents and mentors.
• Fluent in English with strong UX sensibility.
