Troubleshoot issues after training (office, Windows, Outlook, internet, apps, hardware)
Assist in resolving customer and support issues to improve satisfaction
Follow up on existing backlog
Adhere to project performance indicators
Coordinate with teams and escalate complex issues

🎯 Requirements

Fluent German and English (B2/C1)
Formal higher education not mandatory; training provided
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Excellent customer service, active listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Willingness to work in shifts
