📋 Description

  • Respond to customer support calls and troubleshoot technical issues

🎯 Requirements

  • Level 2 IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online
  • Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Defender experience
  • Understanding of Windows Server, virtualisation, DNS, DHCP
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN and wireless networking
  • Familiarity with firewalls like WatchGuard and Check Point
