L2 Support Specialist (Infor Billing module and 3PL experience)

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing L2 functional support for Infor WMS in live, production environment
• Onboard new customers and perform minor WMS configuration adjustments
• Collaborate with warehouse ops, customer stakeholders, and tech teams to maintain system reliability
• Resolve functional issues quickly and ensure high platform adoption
• Experience with 3PL operations and Infor billing module is essential

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on L2 support in a live WMS environment
• 4+ years in functional/business analysis, preferably with WMS
• Deep experience with Infor WMS and Infor billing module for 3PL
• Experience in SCM/warehousing/logistics or 3PL operations
• Understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing
• Onboarding experience and ability to configure WMS with minor enhancements
