L2 System Administrator

📋 Description

• Fully remote role providing L2 systems administration and infrastructure support in an enterprise
• Work across Windows and Linux systems, supporting servers, workstations, virtualization platforms
• Hands-on troubleshooting with infrastructure maintenance, security, performance monitoring, and IT
• Investigate complex technical issues, resolve escalated tickets, and help keep critical systems
• Advanced desktop support, system deployments, asset management, backup and recovery, hardware
• Maintain clear documentation and professional communication; work independently while collaborating

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years in systems administration, infrastructure support, or L2 technical
• Windows expertise: Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Linux knowledge: Linux system administration and CLI skills.
• Virtualization: Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalents.
• Networking: TCP/IP fundamentals; troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VLANs, connectivity.
• ITSM and incident resolution: Experience with IT ticketing systems and ITSM processes.
