Handle incidents across endpoint, server, network, security, and cloud environments
Own complex incidents and escalate when required
Perform proactive infrastructure monitoring and user administration
Support scheduled maintenance and collaborate with senior teams
Provide high-standard technical support to a multi-client client base

🎯 Requirements

Significant MSP/service desk or multi-client IT support experience
Strong L3 troubleshooting across endpoints, servers, networks, MS cloud
Proven incident management within service levels
MS 365, Windows desktop/server, Active Directory
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls
VMware ESXi and/or Hyper-V experience
