L3 Server Infrastructure Lead (Windows Server, VMware & Intune/SCCM)

📋 Description

• Provide L3 support for Windows Server incidents, alerts and technical escalations.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage monthly patching and emergency patching for critical CVEs.
• Administer Group Policy, server hardening and standard image compliance.
• Support service accounts, IIS provisioning, certificates and OS-level requests.
• Coordinate with Security for vulnerability remediation and Microsoft Defender posture.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, Windows Server, VMware and endpoint
• Global 24x7x365 support across APAC, EMEA and NLAM, including coordination and technical leadership
• Strong enterprise experience in Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Strong VMware ESXi/vCenter administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
