Mentor junior engineers, contribute to continuous improvement, and maintain high service standards.

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience in Level 3 Systems Support or equivalent Infrastructure Support.
MSP experience or background working within an MSP environment.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft infrastructure administration.
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), networking fundamentals, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and
Excellent troubleshooting with root-cause analysis and incident management.
