Lab Assistant I

📋 Description

• Assist licensed staff in preparing specimens for testing
• Receive and deliver specimens to the correct workflows
• Maintain organization of samples in storage and disposal
• Enter patient data into the Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS)
• Prepare samples for shipment
• Maintain inventory, materials, and lab supplies

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Science-related degree preferred
• Less than 1 year industry experience preferred
• Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training within 30 days
• Maintain current status on Natera training requirements
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
