Lab Assistant I

📋 Description

• Assist licensed staff in preparing specimens for testing.
• Receive and deliver specimens to the appropriate workflows/labs.
• Enter patient data into LIMS accurately.
• Prepare samples for shipment.
• Maintain organization of inventory and supplies in the lab.
• Recognize and escalate issues to the lead/supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Science-related degree preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related experience preferred.
• HIPAA/PHI privacy, policies and security training within 30 days.
