📋 Description

• Support scientific business partners in all areas of planning, procurement, provisioning, delivery
• Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, Solution Architects and global IT teams to drive
• Apply deep knowledge of existing lab equipment and technologies to develop solution roadmaps
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure these requirements are met
• Lead and coordinate external service providers and contractors delivering lab-compute projects and
• Provide support during rollouts and after implementation of computing devices, resolving complex

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Science or a similar field of
• Expert knowledge of terminology, processes, practices and procedures in Healthcare and Drug Product
• Strong IT expertise in the integration of laboratory instruments and workstations, laboratory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a solution-oriented, detail-driven, and
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead technical meetings and to
• Fluent written and verbal communication in German and English
