📋 Description

• Coordinate laboratory studies and testing activities from initiation through completion, ensuring
• Review quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods, specifications, and client instructions to
• Create and maintain study records, schedules, and project documentation within LIMS, CRM, and other
• Verify samples, materials, methods, specifications, and laboratory resources are available and
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing routine updates, facilitating
• Coordinate activities between laboratory operations, quality assurance, sample management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory, scientific operations, sample management, client
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment, including pharmaceutical
• Experience coordinating laboratory workflows, testing schedules, studies, or client projects.
• Familiarity with LIMS, eLIMS, ETQ, CRM systems, or other laboratory data management platforms.
