Lab Manager

📋 Description

• Plan and organize experiments for ongoing LAB projects per Good Laboratory Practices.
• Oversee preparation and execution of experiments with rigorous data recording and statistical
• Maintain and service LAB equipment; ensure IQ/OQ/PQ and manage vendor interventions.
• Manage Procelys strain collection; propose new strains and share updates with Lesaffre team.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for equipment, methods, and lab techniques; update SOP database.
• Supervise and train laboratory staff; support technical improvement and career development.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or master's in microbiology, Fermentation Science, Biochemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years R&D or application development experience in industrial biotech/fermentation
• Proven team management and time management skills.
• Ability to build strong cross-department relationships and with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem-solving and attention to detail.
• English: Intermediate written and verbal (CET 4) or equivalent.
