Lab Manager

📋 Description

• Primary owner of lab operations for the South San Francisco site.
• Coordinate lab setup, equipment installations, and space changes.
• Maintain safety, SOPs, and documentation for lab ops.
• Manage inventory, consumables, PPE, and procurement.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Safety, Security, Logistics, and Eng.
• Drive continuous process improvements and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience managing technical lab/workspace operations.
• Experience with ERP, CMMS, and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional skills.
