🎯 Requirements

Experience in an electronics lab environment.
Strong understanding of test equipment: setup, calibration, troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of ESD prevention and safe lab practices.
Repair/modification of PCB assemblies to IPC-7711/21 and J-STD-001.
Experience with cable/wire harnesses to IPC-620; IPC-A-610 inspection.
Hands-on, pragmatic approach; ability to mentor junior team members.
