Labor Demand Expert

📋 Description

• Own and continuously develop the end-to-end labour demand model
• Define how demand signals translate into workload requirements
• Ensure the model reflects real store activity patterns
• Define, document, and maintain assumptions, scaling rules, and calculation logic
• Build logic for daily, weekly, and seasonal variation, including store-type, format, and size
• Analyse relationships between demand, workload, productivity, and labour consumption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in labour demand modelling, operational analytics, workforce planning, capacity
• Experience translating demand drivers, customer activity, workload patterns or operational volume
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Experience building, documenting and maintaining operational models, assumptions and calculation
• Understanding of customer-driven operational environments such as retail, logistics, delivery
• Strong understanding of operational drivers such as customer traffic, transactions, deliveries
