🎯 Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least five years of progressively responsible labor and employment
• Litigation Expertise: Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings and motions, managing all phases
• Administrative Agency Experience: Familiarity with EEOC charges and investigations, including
• Court and Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with federal and state court procedures and
