• Advise HR colleagues, leaders, managers, and other stakeholders on labor and employee relations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in labor and employee relations.
• At least 2 years of collective bargaining experience; experience serving as a chief spokesperson is
• Demonstrated experience leading contract interpretation and implementation, grievance processing
• Experience establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with
• Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulatory standards, including FLSA, FMLA
