Laboratory Assistant

📋 Description

• To maintain accurate stock control levels and records in line with company minimum stock holding
• Identify and make recommendations for improvements in the management of effective stock control.
• Picking stock items from stores and updating the company stock records system.
• Ensure accurate labelling, storage and disposal of samples takes place.
• Monitor laboratory supplies and inventory and restock where required.
• Maintenance of high levels of housekeeping within the store's environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced working environment and working under pressure to meet demand.
• Previous laboratory experience desirable but not required as full training provided.
• Good computer skills.
• Enthusiastic and able to work efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
