Laboratory Director

📋 Description

• Lead lab operations to meet budget and maintain positive margin.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales growth with Eurofins team.
• Foster a proactive Health & Safety culture; ensure EH&S procedures are followed.
• Work with QA to implement SOPs and produce defensible data.
• Manage staffing, mentor key employees, and align HR policies with operations.
• Coordinate with IT, PMs, and CS to forecast receipts and ensure on-time delivery; travel.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in a science-related field, preferred.
• 5 years management experience.
• 5 years analytical experience or related technical knowledge.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Familiarity with EPA, DOT, OSHA, and DOL regulations.
