📋 Description

• Manages the laboratory to provide positive operating margin and meet annual budgetary goals.
• Responsible for the culture of the lab and employee engagement of personnel under their hierarchy.
• Builds and maintains positive customer relationships and sales growth through direct interaction
• Establishes and maintains an active and positive safety culture and ensures that Employee Health
• Collaborates with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that SOPs are implemented and reviewed
• Prioritizes operational group activities to achieve key goals and address customer service needs.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in a science-related field, preferred.
• 5 years management experience
• 5 years analytical experience or related technical knowledge
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and speak in
• Familiarity with laboratory operations and services
