Laboratory Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Support process systems in regulated bioanalytics laboratories
• Collaborate with Information teams, infrastructure, and risk/security to ensure compliant lab
• Manage lifecycle of GxP equipment: acquisition, installation, maintenance, retirement
• Apply computer system validation for lab equipment (liquid handlers, plate readers, PCR)
• Maintain calibration/maintenance schedules per SOPs
• Coordinate vendor/service activities and cross-site support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (2+ years) or Master’s in engineering IT or related field
• GLP/GMP laboratory experience; validation and quality functions
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to follow SOPs and apply regulatory/compliance requirements
• Root Cause Analysis skills; able to work with diverse collaborators
