Laboratory Operations Scientist

📋 Description

• Maintaining laboratory supplies, reagents inventory, and preparation of media
• Safe handling and movement of compressed gases and/or cryogenic liquids
• Cleaning and monitoring of controlled temperature units, fume hoods, and biological safety cabinets
• Use of electronic management and tracking systems for monitoring and documenting routine
• Use of electronic systems to initiate and coordinate workflows between multiple teams/departments
• Management of paper lab notebook and logbook requests, updates, and reconciliation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
• Ability to meet physical demands including, routinely lifting objects of 25 lbs. or more, walking
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Ability to independently commute between different site locations (< 5 miles)
• Ability to learn new processes, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, and
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
