📋 Description

  • Managing the receipt, booking in, and storage of laboratory samples and equipment
  • Ensuring items are tracked accurately and are easy to locate when needed
  • Supporting the lab by retrieving samples quickly and efficiently
  • Carrying out stock checks and ordering consumables to maintain supply levels
  • Liaising with internal teams and customers regarding deliveries and queries
  • Supporting the safe dispatch of samples, including those under Dangerous Goods regulations

🎯 Requirements

  • Grade C or above in Math's and English GCSE
  • Confident communicator who can work well with different teams
  • Able to manage workload and prioritise in a busy environment
  • IT literate and comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
  • Experience in a laboratory, stores, warehouse, production, or service environment is beneficial
