Laboratory Supervisor

📋 Description

• Delegate tasks equitably among sample preparation and laboratory technicians on a daily basis.
• Monitor laboratory productivity to ensure all samples progress efficiently and on schedule.
• Track and report the laboratory's consumable stock levels weekly.
• Notify the manager promptly when consumables need to be reordered.
• Coordinate the return of samples and waste materials to clients, ensuring timely action and
• Ensure all team members consistently follow Health and Safety procedures in all laboratory areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with acid extraction methods and knowledge of various sample types.
• Solid understanding of analytical procedures.
• Familiar with sample preparation procedures.
• Experience with AAS and XRF operation and laboratory techniques.
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using CCLAS EL LIMS.
